WHAT RISKS ARE INSURED?

• Robbery with violence of the insured object when used and/or carried by the person (assault), excluding robbery with dexterity and/or theft;
• Theft of the object inside hotel rooms, provided that the item is kept inside a safe and with the key located outside the room;
• Theft, provided the existing means of closure is broken into, committed in your main and/or occasional residence. In the latter case, only during periods when the owner is occupying the place;
• Theft, or kidnapping of the object by means of violence or threat of violence directed to the possessor of the object;
• Fire, lightning or explosion in the main or occasional dwelling, in this case only when the owner is present;
• Accidental Damage: Any deterioration or destruction of the Insured Property resulting from an external, sudden and unforeseen cause.

WHAT RISKS ARE NOT INSURED?

• Damage that occurred on the Jeweler's premises;
• Damage resulting from theft with dexterity;
• Damage resulting from the abandonment of the object, except in the cases foreseen in the previous points in the substitution conditions;
• Total or partial loss or disappearance and breakage of the object, even if determined by fire, attempted theft or robbery;
• Damages facilitated by intent or fault of the owners or by persons to whom the owner must answer, such as family members and cohabitants;
• Tampered certificates or certificates with incomplete data essential to determine the value of the object;
• False requests for replacement made by the owner or buyer.

SHIPPING AND RETURN INSURANCE

• The shipping insurance will work in any case of damage or loss during the transportation of the goods between the store and your residence.
• The return insurance guarantees the costs inherent in the return of the goods, transport costs and insurance, within the legally admissible period.
• You will receive an insurance certificate, with all necessary information, which you can call upon in the event of a claim.
