Do I need an account to place an order?
In order to receive your order, you need an account, which contains the data strictly necessary for us to deliver it to you. To browse the site you don't need any kind of account. Being able to choose, or not, to make one when it is more convenient.
I forgot my password: what should I do?
Just follow the link "Forgot your password?" on our login page, and enter your email address. You will receive an email to reset your password.
How do I receive email updates from Marcolino?
Stay informed about news, trends and exclusive promotions by entering your email address at the bottom of our homepage. You can change your email preferences in any email you receive from us at the bottom of the email.
How do I place an order on your website?
Is easy! See how:
Choose a category from the top navigation menu or search by brand, in the side menu you can explore a desired product style.
Select the desired product and click "Add to cart". After adding all the items, it's time to checkout the "Shopping Cart".
Log in to your account or, if you haven't created one yet, create one in the upper right corner of the site under "LOGIN/REGISTER"
After the account is created, in the cart, enter your billing data, payment method and delivery details to complete your order. We will confirm the order, where it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you, with updates at every step of your order.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yea! Our sales team will be happy to help you.
Can I cancel my order placed at Marcolino or make changes to it?
Yes. Please contact our sales team by e-mail (email@example.com) or telephone (+351 222 001 606).
We cannot add items to an existing order, but we suggest placing a new order with the additional items.
If you ordered a custom item, we cannot accept refunds or returns. (see “Terms and Conditions”)
In which currency can I make my purchases?
All purchases made on Marcolino's website are made in euros.
When will my card be charged?
If your purchase is made by Credit Card, MBWay or ATM reference, your card will be charged at the time of purchase.
Product availability and authenticity
Can I reserve a product to buy later?
We cannot accept reservations as sometimes it is not possible to make the same product available again because it is out of collection. If the product is not in stock, you can always ask to be notified of its arrival.
Are Marcolino's products authentic?
All products sold by Marcolino are 100% authentic.
How will my order be packed?
Your order will be carefully packed, in an unmarked box, so that it reaches you in perfect condition.
Shipping costs and times
What will be the shipping costs for my order?
This will vary depending on its weight and value. The costs will be shown in your shopping cart.
How can I track my order?
In order to track your order, simply enter the CORREOS EXPRESS or DPD shipping number that was given to you when placing your order, on the respective websites of those same carriers.
Do prices shown on Marcolino.pt have taxes?
All prices shown on Marcolino's website are taxed at the legal rate exercised by the Portuguese state at the time of purchase.
