In Project Hail Mary, time becomes one of the most precious resources humanity has left. Directed by Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, with a screenplay by Drew Goddard, Project Hail Mary follows Ryland Grace (Ryan Gosling), a science teacher who wakes up on a spaceship light-years from home, with no memory of who he is or how he got there.
